Return & Refund
Return + refund available as long as product came in to you damaged before opening it from bag, the size was wrong, or it was dirty/stained has not been used by customer (washed or dried), and has not been in possession of the customer for longer than one week. If the product came in to you as a bad quality image or was badly aligned making it looked crooked, we also offer the option to remake it and resend it to you at no additional cost when you send us the image of the product at fault and an indication of where the error is to our e-mail! If you encounter any error. Please just communicate with us by chat, e-mail, or phone, and we'll be happy to assist you.
Shipping Policy
We conduct our shipping with USPS First Class. First-Class Mail® service is an affordable and easy way to send lightweight packages. For packages (up to 13 oz), prices start at $4.00. Delivery takes 1-3 business days, it's the best priced service for mail up to 13 ounces (approximately the equivalent of two t-shirts and one face mask). It offers an insurance for loss or damage package of up to $5,000 and offers delivery confirmation services such as Certified Mail®. Lastly, it also offers one price for up to 3.5 ounces of merchandise, and prices based on weight.
